Any Medication To Remove Sharp Pain On Base Of Thumb And Arm Effective Than Ibupro?
so started having sharp pain in base of thumb 4 days ago doc said just take 600 mg ibupro x3 daily told me to buy a neoprene base for wrist thumb. I see no difference just more pain very sharp not up my arm not down fingers is there something more effective to do that helps

1. since pain is still persisting, in best Interest see an Orthopedic Surgeon to rule out any Ligament[ulnar collateral] injury [which is common at the base of the thumb] with suitable X -ray(s).
2. before having an appointment make sure you start following/practicing the RICE therapy:
