dear sir,
i hope you are fine.
i am Rashid 25 Years old.
my bilirubin level is.
TOTAL BILIRUBIN          1.93 mg/dL
DIRECT BILIRUBIN          0.57 mg/dL
INDIRECT BILIRUBIN     1.36 mg/dL

please guide to me natural food or fruit for control indirect bili level.

Your bilirubin level is elevated. Kindly let me inform your diagnosis so that further comment can be given. The following an investigation can be planned-
-USG abdomen scan
-Serum HBsAg ELISA testing
-Serum HCV antibody testing
-Serum HAV Elisa ab-testing
-Peripheral smear examination
-Serum LDH
-According to reports and cause further specific treatment given. For jaundice take sugar cane juice, Apple juice, Indian gooseberry etcetera helpful in jaundice.
-Take semisolid diet more
-Avoid high fatty foods
-Junk foods avoided
-Consult gastroenterologist for examination and get prescription.
