Any Remedy For Moistureless And Dull Looking Skin?

Good mornig dr.
I am Dhakane somnath from beed district MH. Dr. i suffering my face problem. my face is moisturless. and looking dull. now i am 26 yr old but looking 30 t0 35 yr old people age .in 12 th standard there was to much pimpals on my face.but it not now.

dr. please suggest any remedis for this problem.....
can i get my face clean as it is ?
i am waiting ur valuable responce.

I can understand your problem, stop washing the face frequently if you are doing this because this practice make the skin more dry, you can use any goo moisturizing lotion that contain "Hydrivance" this is single moisturizing agent gives good result, try it, have nice day.
