Any Suggestion For Having Knot On Eyebrow At Sinus Cavity?

i have a knot on my right eyebrow at my sinus cavity , it throbs a little (not bad ) when it is enlarged . the biggest it gets is the size of a .50 cent piece. when i press on it a small amount of blood drains out of my right nostril. i can taste the irony taste of blood in the back of my throat when this happens. I hack up bloody mucus and clear bloody boogers out of both nostrils. Any suggestions ?

It is already advised. Near eye there are two sinuses frontal and maxillary. They are not conected to any part. The sort of boil near lacrimal duct. Since dis charge is reaching through nostril tothroat. Antibiotic like erythromycin 500mg twic daily for 5 days combiflam for 5days. use nasibion nasal drop for 5days.
