Any Suggestion For Having Relapse Of CSOM In Ear After Surgery?
i have relapse of csom in my left ear 6 years after surgery where tympanic membrane was grafted. i have a perforated eardrum again. i have infection and discharge almost 24x7. antibiotics not working. also headache and itching. am i getting some complication of csom.
There can be many reasons for the recurrence including an infection in the mastoid bone , sinus infection or an eustachain tube disorder ( normal tube between the ear and nose) , I would need to examine you and do an endoscopy before i can help you further. Please meet your ent doctor for further advice and guidance. Thanks
