Any Suggestion For Left Side Chest Pain, Swollen Throat After Swallowed Lemonhead?

Hi my name is shade a d I have swallowed a lemon head it was a day ago and my chest still hurt on my left side of my chest I drink water and eat bread to push anything down I even tried throwing up but still nothing Idk if it s stuck or my throat is a little swollen.every time I breathe the left side of my chest hurt like it s tight and when I try to massage it. It hurts

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Noted your history of swallowing lemon head and getting the pain in the left chest , now even on swallowing anything.

I would advise you in such a situation to undergo an upper GI endoscopy ASAP and get an appropriate treatment as per the findings.
This may be in the form of PPI like omeprazole, antacid liquid, Domperidone, anxiolytic.
Soft bland diet and rest.
