Hi,

In my opinion, you should not discontinue the patch without informing your doctor first. Denpax is an opioid and abrupt discontinuation can cause withdrawal symptoms, which are likely to be more troublesome than the side effects you are currently experiencing. When you see your doctor next, tell him about the side effects. I expect he may suggest a lower dose of the patch to reduce the side effects, after assessing how much pain you are having.

Best wishes.
