Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Normally, cardiac activity appears on
ultrasound scan by 6 weeks, when the scan is done vaginally.
Was the ultrasound done vaginally or abdominally ?
Also, what was the date of your last menstrual period ?
If you have a history of delayed cycles, or irregular cycles, then you can wait and watch for another week for a repeat scan, which might show heartbeat.
Meanwhile, take rest.
Avoid
stress and intercourse, and take the medications as prescribed.
Endogest is given to support the growing
pregnancy.
You should take it for a week more, and then go for a repeat ultrasound scan after one week.
Particularly if a transabdominal scan is done, then there is all the more reason for the repeat scan to be done transvaginally.
Progesterone can help you to salvage the pregnancy.
In case repeat ultrasound is the same, then termination is a must.
After the termination, make sure that the products of conception are sent for chromosomal analysis.
All the best.
Take care.
