Any Suggestion For Painful Black And Blue Spots On Stomach With Lump Under It After Gastric Bypass Surgery?

I had gastric bypass surgery 2 weeks ago. I have a lot of black and blues on my stomach. One of the black and blues is on my left side below my belly button. Today i noticed it was more painful than usual and there was also a lump under the black and blue(the black and blue was there far before the lump). Im scared it might be a hernia. Is there anything else it could be?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This is not the hernia for sure but this seems purpura disease, the possibility of oozing of blood beneath the skin very likely, although the exact clinical examination will clear the picture, meanwhile this can be treated with anti inflammatory drugs, and the best drug would be "Ibuprofen" 400 mg three times in day if this vanishes with this drug then just forget it, have nice day.
