Hello

PCOD is generally a manageable condition.
PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation and biochemical markers like hormonal assay for PCOD.
PCOD is a curable disease and mostly it is treated by medicines.Surgical intervention is required in very few cases.

Fatty liver is a reversible condition.
It may be due to obesity, alcoholism, hepatitis, altered lipid profile etc.
You may need clinical correlation and few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver function test.
You should increase your physical activity and go for brisk walk regularly.
Avoid fried and fatty food.

Hope I have answered your query.
Take Care
