Any Suggestion For Recurring Nose Block, Pressure In Ears When Swallowing, Cough?

Hi I am 53 years old. About 7 years ago I walked through the branches of a silver birch tree in my garden whilst cutting the grass, I breathed in a lot of pollen and nearly passed out as I couldn t get my breath and I was wheeling and coughing that night I had to go to the hospital as I could not breathe properly, they put me on a nebuliser and I felt great I could breathe without any problems. Every year since then I have had hay fever at this time of year, it normally lasts a couple of months so in the summer I will be fine. I go to the doctors every year to try something to help but nothing works, is there anything else I can try to elevate this problem as from about 5 o clock in the evening my nose is blocked solid and every time I swallow I can feel the pressure coming out of my ears, this is driving me mad as it s awkward to eat. Have you any ideas what else I can do

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have allergy to that substance. ThT leads to difficulties in breathing and pressure in ear.

If possible avoid all substance against which you have allergy. Drugs like antihistaminics or steroids can help you to relieve your symptoms. But its just symptomatic treatment. It will not cure the problem. Avoid allergens is the best option.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
