Any Suggestion For Severe Pain On Top Of Head When Having Sinus?

Hi when I get some sinus problems the top of my head hurts. even a fan blowing on it can make it hurt. having the temperture below 68 while sitting or lying makes top of head hurt. I cover my head a night since it is cool in my room or my head hurts even when I don t have sinuses
