Any Suggestion For Severe Weakness In Legs, Trouble Urinating After Taking Flexeril?

My husband has just started taking flexeril and is having severe weakness in his legs. So much so that he can hardly walk. Also he cannot urinate. Obviously we have stopped him taking it. How long does it stay in the system. He has not taken it since 8 this morning.

HELLO,

FLEXERIL SHOULD NT BE USED IN PATIENTS ON OTHER ANTI CHOLINERGICS AND WITH URINARY RETENTION, PLZ STATE ALL HIS CURRENT MEDICATION.

IT CAN STAY FROM 16 TO 48 HOURS TILL ITS ELIMINATED IF ITS IMMEDIATE RELEASE.

IF URINARY RETENTION DOESNT RESOLVE THE CATHETERIZATION IS THE OPTION TO GO FOR IN THE ER.

THANX
