Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

Although you have mentioned that your brother is suffering from some sort of psychiatric disorder, more information will be needed regarding his symptoms, duration of illness and past treatment details before anything can be commented upon.

In any case, if he is expressing suicidal views, I will suggest you to be careful and make sure he is under proper surveillance. Discuss this with your current psychiatrist. You can resend your query with further information.

Best wishes.
