I would suggest you to consult your dermatologist for proper management of the condition. Since it seems your infection is resistant to terbinafine, I would recommend you a proper course of newer anti-fungal drugs like Itraconazole along with anti-fungal cream like luliconazole for local application at bedtime. You can additionally use antifungal dusting powder containing sertaconazole during day time and a soap containing ketoconazole for rinsing of affected areas.
