Brief Answer:
Tinea pedis most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It seems that probably you may be having tinea pedis, it is caused by dermatophyte..a fungus.

Perspiration, excessive water contact, soap, detergent, diabetes, poor immunity..etc may precipitate or exacerbate the disease.

There may be mild to severe itching on the affected parts. There may be erythematous patches, macules, papules or vesicles. There may be mild to excessive exfoliation. Gradually the disease might increase and may affect to other parts of the body,if proper treatment is not started.

I would suggest..

- antifungal tablets or capsules like..ketoconazole,terbinafine or itraconazole for few weeks in proper doses
- antifungal cream like clotrimazole, ketoconazole, sertaconazole or bifonazole application on the affected parts
- antihistaminics like desloratidine or levocetirizine 5 mg twice a day till itch is relieved
- washing the feet in water mixed with few drops of Dettol liq
- avoid soap bath
- take healthy food and improve the immunity
- improve hygiene
- have complete check up to rule out diabetes, internal diseases, immunocompromised conditions

Have patience and take regular treatment for few weeks.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
