Any Suggestion For Tingling In Lower Legs Even After Taking Prednisone, Aspirin, Ibuprofen?

I have a "tingling" in my lower legs (principally calves and shins). I have had an ultrasound, which was negative, I have taken pretnisone, asprin, Ibuprophen and another nerve medicine which begins with a "G" (sorry don't remember what it was) and the symptoms are still present. My annual physicals have identified no blood work issues (as of last January - I'm due another one next month). Any thoughts?
