General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your urine report is completely normal.
But burning urination, abdominal pain and vomiting could be due to stone in urinary tract.
Dehydration is the aggravating factor
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo USG scan.
Specific treatment will depend on the cause
Take spasmax
Tablet domperidone
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple
Hope this may help you
