Hello, do I need to be worried if this my urine result? Thanks! Standard Range Your Value Flag WBC/HPF 0 - 5 /(hpf) 0-2 RBC/HPF 0 - 2 /(hpf) 5-10 Urine Epithelial Cells Moderate Squamous epithelial Urine Bacteria Few Urine Mucous 1+
This urine analysis indicates for a condition called hematuria (presence of blood in urine, RBC/HPF 5-10) that may be due to slight urinary tract infection (Bacteria Few, Urine Epithelial Cells moderate). If you have other symptoms or signs like burning sensation during urination, pink urine, pain, frequent urination most likely diagnosis is urinary tract infection. Based on age, gender, medical history you may have kidney diseases (injury, tumor or stones) or prostate problems. An abdominal ultrasound and a complete blood count will gives the clue of the diagnosis.
