Any Suggestion To Reduce Pinching Sensation In Leg?

I was playing raquetball and i took a step and feel too much weight on one leg. And after 30 secs i felt a pinching sentation. That was yesternight and i woke up today, barely being able to walk on the leg. What happened? And what can i to relieve the pain?

Hi..

You had a soft tissue impingement in your ankle...
Nothing to worry...

I suggest you to...

Kindly do lot of icing frequently....
Gentle massage over calf and muscles on outer aspect of leg...
Gentle stretching over the calf...
If possible roll a ice bottle under the leg...
I also recommend stretching of gluteus, Hamstrings...
Keep it compressed with compression bandage..
