As your paps smear suggest possible high grade squamous lesion, you need treatment at the earliest so that further growth in the uterus can be minimized. High grade squamous lesion generally do not have a very good prognosis and there should not be any further delay in treatment. If the lymph nodes are not affected, you may have good chance of recovery. Hence please get an early appointment with your gynecologist.
