Any Suggestions On Relieving Knee Pain Due To Fibromyalgia And Osteoarthritis?

I HAVE FIBROMYALGIA AND OSTEOARITHITIS IN MY KNEE AND THEY HURT BAD THE MCL LIAGAMENT IS VERY SORE TO THE TOUCH HAVE NOT INJURIED MY KNEES I AM 59 6 MONTHS OLD ALL MY WORK LIFE I THINK HAS TAKEN A TOLL ON MY KNEES ANY SUGGESTIONS ON RELIEVING SOME OF MY PAIN THEY HURT EVERY DAY.

Dear Sir,

I think you should see a doctor since there is an injury to the ligament so it needs to be seen . plus whether there is some loose body causing pain needs to be examined .
