Any Topical Treatment For The Area Reported As Dysplasia On Tongue Is Growing And Painful ?
Hello: My DOB 3-10-22. Have had 2 surgical removals of my tongue, reported as squamous Ca. An area now has been reported as dysplasia. Area is slowly growing and painful. Never smoked or used alcohol. I am wondering about it being HPV virus and is there any topical treatment. Thank you.

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..Even dysplasia and previous cancer should be followed carefully because of potential recurrence. The concept of "field carcinogenesis" means that other malignancy may occur from new foci and cell transformation related to the previous lesion..so kindly consult ur oncologist for a checkup and treatment..hope it helps,,tc
