Any Worry If There Is Nose Bleeding And Clotted Blood From Nose In The Mornings For 63 Year Old ?

Hi,



My Mother is 63 old and she gets nose bleeding and clotted blood from the nose in the morining. Noticed it three times . She don't have cold. Once she happened to see that when she bendfor a long time the blood started coming > please suggest . Any alarming heath issues for her . I am worried

Hi,
It seems that if she is having high blood pressure this might cause bleeding from nose.
Go for checking of her blood pressure with your doctor.
This type of bleeding does occur if she is on some blood thinner medicine like Aspirin, Warferrin etc.
Consult your doctor and discuss about this.
Meanwhile put some nasal drops like Otrivin.
Put her head up and do not try to remove crusts from nose.
Ok and take care.
