Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Your symptoms may be in keeping with depression. This can cause depressed mood, loss of interest in activities, loss of appetite, difficulty sleeping, fatigue.

It is a serious condition that can affect not only your psychological well being but your physical well being as well.

YOu should consider visiting your doctor for an assessment. This would include a medical history, blood tests to check to see if there is a specific cause for your depressed mood and medication.

This medication alters some chemicals in the brain that affect mood.

You may also require counselling.

It would be in your best interest and the best interest of your family if you seek medical attention.

I hope this helps
