Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was out mowing about an hour ago and my blood pressure has dropped to 87/60 but my heart rate has stayed at 121. My husband is worried about arterial blockage. I feel fine but he wanted me to ask someone. I have made a call into my regular doctor but they haven t returned my call yet.
You are in hypotension. At this level of BP dizziness, syncope can occur. Immediate IV infusions are require to maintain BP, So go to ER and get IV infusions started. Physician consultation will also be required once BP touches to normal range to identify cause of lower BP.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
