Are Clomid And Duphaston Effective In The Treatment Of Infertility?

Hello, I am TTC for 2 years now, I am diagnosed with PCOS last year september and on Metformin now for conception. I am advised to be on Clomid and Duphaston which is second month now, dates are regular now and still no sign of pregnancy. I have one kid already looking for my second pregnancy. Kindly advise , how to take medications properly will the medications really work for conception.

Yes all the three drugs help in getting ovulation started, in conception &help settling of conceived fetus.
There are many regiemes to help pcos patients.
The Metformin helps to reduce body weight (best results with accompanied physical exervisss.) &help in treatment of pcod.Clomid helps in maturity of ovum &ovulation &duphaston helps implantation of fertilized ovum in uterus as well as protects the pregnancy.
If this does not help there is surgical procedure for treating pcos.
