Hi. I want to ask can I take cycloreg in Pcos. And also I want to ask..I already delayed my periods for 1month..2nd month started till no symptoms of periods.. But now I'm worried about my periods to start.. Because I want to delay my periods for this few days because of my personal reason..so can I take cycloreg for delaying my periods.. N also after taking cycloreg tablet when does period start? Please reply.. Urgent!
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Cyloreg contains noresthisterone 5mg. It can be used to delay or postpone your periods by 3-5 days maximum. It should be taken thrice aday till you want your periods. As you are previously suffering from PCOS, If you are taking previously birth control pills then birth control pills should be continued to postpone your periods. In that case birth control pills are better to use rather than switching to cycloreg. I would also suggest you to not delay your periods regularly. As this may worsen the poly cystic ovary disease(PCOS).
Refer to your gynaecologist.
Hope this information helps.
