General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The Delcon is consisting of Chlorpheniramine and Phenylephrine both of which act as decongestant medications in upper respiratory tract infections in toddler and adults as well. The Levocet is cetirizine for relief of running nose. The Moxclav is the power weapon to control the inflammation via actions over gram positive and negative bacteria, through which the adenoids will settle down gradually over a period of time.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
