Dear madam/sir i can understand you concern.
i would like to tell you some basic steps in diabetes.
For a better diabetes control,Diabetes management can be divided in to four parts.

Part 1---30% of your diabetes control depends on daily exercise
Part 2---30% on your diet plan
Part 3---30% on your medication
part 4--10% on your stress management.
in my opinion your are taking very good combination of drugs.
as your BMI is little more its advisable to reduce your weight
i suggest you to check Hba1c also this is an average blood sugar for three months
Best Regards.
