Are Dolo-650 And B-Complex Tablets Safe As Per The Following Test Result?

Hello, My Widal Test Report Says the following S. Typhio O - Positive (1:80)[observed value] 1.40 dilution [Biological Reference Interval] S. Typhio H - Positive (1:80)[observed value] 1.40 dilution [Biological Reference Interval] S. Paratyphi AH Negative(1:20)[observed value] 1.40 dilution [Biological Reference Interval] S. Paratyphi BH Negative(1:20)[observed value] 1.40 dilution [Biological Reference Interval] Do i have typhoid?? doctor told to me to continue with Dolo 650 and some B-Complex Tablets for 5 days and nothing serious!

I had gone through the question and understand your concern.
As far as your reports are concerned they show a positive result for S.typhi , i.e., you have typhoid .
Well , the answer to your question is , Yes , you can take dolo-650 and b-complex as they are relatively safe.
If i were your consulting doctor.then i would also have prescribed an antibiotic along with the given medicines to treat the infection.
