General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. All the mentioned medications falls in the group called NSAIDS and anyone of them can be taken for muscle pain relief.
My suggestion is to take Dolonex DT a single dose with ample of water after a meal to avoid G.I disturbances caused as side effect. Take the medication for 3 days and if pain doesn’t subside over a period or worsen take an X-ray of back.
Avoid sitting in uncomfortable seats and sitting in same position for long time to prevent muscle spasms, if you have to remain in same posture for a long time take a small walk or stretch a bit.
Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
