Are Duphaston And Choriomon The Right Medicines For PCOS?
I m having pcos..I m taking folic acid 1mg, jusprin nd matfor aftr I got my menses on 3day of my menses doc gave me clomid twice a day for 5day .den aftr 5 day she did ultrasound nd gave me choriomon 5000 unit nd aftr 3day she called me nd did ultrasound nd gv me duphoston 10mg twice a day for 15 days .......pls tell me wat does dis mean .....will I get pregnant frm dis ?or I m pregnant? My doc dnt say anything

Hi,
Yes, the medicine Clomid on 3rd day, was ovulation stimulator. She have you Inj. Choriomon 5000, for hastening follicular maturity and ovulation. Then she confirmed ovulation in USG. and then started Duphaston to maintain hormonal support for early conception. If you had unprotected sex as per her advise(around ovulation) this medication can assist in conception.
