Are Eldervit Injections Right Medications For Severe Pain Below The Shoulder?

Im suffering from acute pain backside to the right side of my body below the shoulder. It s paining whenever i move my right hand or my neck . I consulted my physician, He gave me two injections one of which is ELDERVIT and the other is PAIN OFF (analgesic) ELDERVIT is admistred through my wrist ..... I am very much interested to know much about both the injections

I really appreciate your concern "ELDERVIT" is multivitamin injection and some time may be given in neuritis and this is not analgesic medicine, this can not subside the pain, hope this information helps, take care.
