Are Fertab Tablets The Right Medication For Rheumatoid Arthritis?
I m 41 years old and patient of rumethoid arthritis today I went to Dr for fertility test all my blood test was done they were normal Dr advice me for fertab 50 tablet and today is my second day of mences she told me to take 2 tablets tonight and than 1 tomorrow morning and 1 in evening should it safe for me to take like this .
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Fertab 50 medication what has been advised is not the medication for rheumatoid arthritis. Fertab 50 contains clomiphene, which is a non-steroidal fertility medicine. It is used to cause ovulation in women with certain medical conditions that prevent naturally occurring ovulation. Hence, it is used to treat infertility in women caused by failure or improper release of eggs from ovary (ovulation). Kindly take the medications as prescribed and do the necessary follow-up as advised. For your complaints related rheumatoid arthritis, you need to be evaluated by Rheumatologist or an Orthopedecian.
