Are Flotral, Faronem, Niftran And Pan D Right Medications For Recurring UTI?

I had been suffering from severe urine infection since 01.06.2015. urine culture & RE report were found E.Colli.. with bady infected.10 (ten) injections has been given Amikacilin in my residence & oral Niftran(100) capsule was going for 10 days as per the advise of Doctor-1. Now, I can make out urine about normally. But, still now feeling burning & pain inside the penis track and in the naval and its surroundings. I have done my urine RE / culture and found normal. Doctor-1 advise me to continue only Niftran(100) for 20 days. I visited another doctor-2, he prescribed (i)FLOTRAL (10) (ii)FARONEM (200) (iii)NIFTRAN (100) and PAN-D. -- Should I take these medicine and my treatment is going at the right way? kindly advise me.

I really appreciate your concern, if no organism found in culture then no need to have the antibiotic but some time symptoms can be cured with "Sodium hydrogen citrate" liquid or drinking more water, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
