Hiii doctors As iam planning for baby and consulted one the gynecologist and she asked to have the medicines folinext d and fertisure f..so i have gone through many Mixed reviews...so wana consult u regarding this whether its beneficial or not...and one more thing whats the difference between folinext d and folic acid..???

Take FERTISURE-F which contains ferrous gluconate 25 mg,astaxanthin 10% 8 mg,zinc 7.5 mg,L-arginine 5 mg,pyridoxin hydrochloride 1.5 mg,lycopene 1 mg,folic acid 0.5 mg,selenium 100 mcg ,vitamin B 12 7.5 mcg .
