Are HRT And Gallbladder Issues Related? Had Partial Hysterectomy Due

Are HRT and gallbladder issues related? Had partial hysterectomy due to fibroids in 2010, leaving one ovary. Had appendix rupture in June 2013, had what remained of appendix,which had attached to my remaining ovary,and remaining ovary removed in November 2013. Have since suffered more than normal belching and flatulence. In December 2014 had a gallbladder attack. Ive been taking Armourthroid since about 2006. Started HRT in 2010. I still suffer from hot flashes and night sweats. Minor weight gain. In March 2016 suffered severe stomach pain and ended up vomiting, I thought food poisoning from a restaurant salad,but now am not sure. I I have been suffering from pain in upper right stomach area,on and off ever since,mostly in the evenings,gallbladder I assume. Can't seem to pinpoint if anything I eat triggers it
