Are Levolin And Monocef Syrups Advisable For An Infant With Cold And Congestion?

hello doctor I have 7month year old twin boys. They often suffer from cold which will soon end up in cough and breathing difficulty. our doctor prescribed Esborn-LS and Airomol PD according to its intensity. one of them is suffering from ear infection every time. Yesterday morning one of them had cold and we gave Fecon drops and by afternoon it turned out into sivere dry cough. since our doctor was out of station we consulted a new doctor and she prescribed Alerid syrup, Levolin syrup and Monocef-o 50 for 6 days. we gave it yesterday evening for two times. But there is no change in his condition and he is now feeling congestion. The other twin, with ear infection has also started coughing. He had chest infection after birth. I am tensed. Is it ok to continue with the prescribed medicine. Is there any risk for pneumonia since my babies is suffering from these problems so often. please reply
