Are Mirapex And Requip Of Same Composition Prescribed For RLS?
I have been taking Mirapex for quite some time and recently changed to requip that did not work at all went back to Mirapex and have no problem with rls. Some say thw active ingredents are the same is thrre a difference. money wise is about $30. ThANKS
Mirapex is pramipexole and requip is ropinirole. They are different formulation but both are used effectively for rest less leg syndrome. The choice is made by the physician based on clinical response. In your case mirapex shows good response and thus it will be good continue with mirapex.
