Are Mucolite And Sinarest The Right Medication For Dry Cough In Infants?
Hello Doctor , my baby is 8 month old and she s down with dry cough and sneezing since yesterday..am giving her mucolite 0.5ml and synarest af 0.3ml in once daily basis since it s in starting stage..also administering normal Rhine nasal spray 2 times a day...is these enough to reduce her cough and cold or I have to consult a paediatrician

Hello,
1. As you said your daughter is suffering from dry cough and sneezing since yesterday. its seems this si more likely on the side of allergic infection.
You can give her antibiotic (Azee syp) according to 1ml/ 3kg body weight if the cough is severe.
2. Give Attrax drops 1 drop twice a day to reduce the sneezing episodes.
3. Give steam inhalation once in a day.
