Are Norflox And Urispas Advisable During Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor, My wife is 18 weeks pregnant. Done urine culture for infection and found klebsiella pneumoniae ssp pneumoniae in report. Doctor suggested the below medication for Her. T Norflox 400mg 1-0-1 5days T Urispas 1-1-1 3 days T Pyridium 200mg 1-0-1 2days Syp Citralka 2-0-2 Is it safe to have Norflox and other medication during this time ?
