Hello,

Omnacortil is a steroid. The use during pregnancy is recommended when benefits outcome risk. It falls within US FDA pregnancy category D.

I think should consult with your gynecologist to understand why you have this difficulty in breathing:

- lungs?
- heart?
- stomach acid?

To treat the primary reason adequately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
