Hello,

Both these medications ozone Don and Nexapro fast help in decreasing gastric irritation and pain associated with it. The gastric ulceration will be healed. It's not like for ever medication. If you fast too much, eat spicy food or take NSAIDs or pain medications, your gastric ulcer may revert. Then again the same treatment is used.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
