Are Patchex, Tbis Lotion And AF 400MG Effective For Vitiligo?
Hi m 24 years old..i hv been suffering from vitiligo for the last 9years. At first i had a small patch on my neck and d treatment shows good result. But recently i hv noticed another white patch on my chest. I just want to know,can i be fully cured from vitiligo? Doc suggests me to use patchex tab, TBIS lotion, AF-400 tab. Are these enough?? Help me doc plzz..m a little depressed.
Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder caused due to destruction of melanocytes which is colour producing pigment of the body.
At present,there is no complete cure for vitiligo. All the above medicines you have mentioned should be continued inorder to reduce the progression of the disease.
Certain diet alterations should be done such as avoiding sour foods like curd,tomato and also sea food.Increase papaya in your diet.
You can continue with patchex and TBIS solution which contains tacrolimus. Tacrolimus is an immunosuppressant and is quite effective in reducing the progression of the disease.
UV therapy and Newer skin flap surgeries are some of the other treatment options.
