Breast cysts are fluid filled sac which can occur due to hormonal changes and more common in women between ages 35-50. These cysts usually do not require treatment and will reduce after menopause. These changes can also occur along with breast pain around menses in some women. Primrose oil has found to be effective in such cases.
In case the cysts enlarge in size or cause discomfort. I would suggest you to visit your gynaecologist immediately.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
