General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
The progynova and duphaston are hormonal drugs that helps to prepare the uterus to receive the embryo i.e help in implantation of the embryo.
The drug clomid is a receptor level modulator that enhance the action of hormones and will induce the ovulation i.e egg or ova production.
All these drugs are essential as they have different role, take the drug as advised by your doctor.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
