Are Saizen Shots The Cause For Positive Pregnancy Test Results?

Hi I was taking saizen shots as a treatment to get pregnant ,I miss my period this month and felt sick so I got a pregnancy test and it came out positive 2 of them . My question is I don t now if taking shot would make a test come out positive? Pls tell me

Hi.

No it wouldn't. Saizen with the active ingredients somatropin has nothing to do with pregnancy tests, and does not interfere with the result either. A pregnancy test is confirmed with the help of hCG which increases over time after implantation.
