Are TSH Level Of 22 And Sodium Level Of 131 Normal?

Hello Doctor My mother has recently got TSH level 22 and sodium level 131 rest all reports are okay she is not able to speak properly and can t remember things also not able to eat properly until forced I m worried please help she is around 58 years

Thanks for posting in HCM.
After going through the description and reports, Sodium level is little lower than normal. TSH level is very high. It is suggestive of endocrine dysfunction, possibly disorder of thyroid gland.
Hence, because of her other symptoms, you need to get her evaluated by a physician and managed accordingly.
