Are Trika SR 0.5mg And Dilzem 120mg Safe To Be Taken During Normal Heartbeat?

Sir I have tachycardia problem a month ago. However after three to four days it was normal and ECG was found ok. I has been advised by a doctor to take Trica SR 0.5mg (Alprazolam) twice a day and Dilzem 120mg (diltiazem) one time in morning. Shall I continue these medicines. Because now my heart beat is normal and ECG also normal. Is there any side effects to taking these medicines. Please advise. M Parikh
